Adams towing was fast at responding to tow our car from Williams, AZ to Kingman, AZ after we had our brakes fail and need a tow. Walter who was our driver, was very professional, knowledgeable, safe and answered any concerns that we had. He was also very curtiouse and a pleasure to be around on the drive back home. Thank you Walter and Adams towing for the fast response and getting us home safely!
Went in because my 2011 expedition was overheating bad! Had it checked out on Thursday and in the shop Monday morning. Entire staff was amazing, very accommodating to me sitting there until it was fixed, polite and respectful. Connie in the office was fun to chat with, when she wasn't busy. Definitely recommend Adams Automotive & Towing for all vehicle needs.
Great customer service. Always does great work. A little pricey...I was quoted around $200 from one place and Adam's charged $530, but the work is worth it. I've used them before for a sensor and I knew my vehicle would be fixed. My car ran over debris and popped my tire. Someone stopped to help and ended up breaking 2 of my lugnuts, he said whoops sorry and then left. Adam's towed my car and fixed it within a couple days.
