Dr. Savino and his staff are very Compassionate and understanding with those who are sensitive. They do a great cleaning job and are forthcoming with what is needed to better take care of ones teeth. I am grateful they are here in Wickenburg and highly recommend for those who live here 💜☮️

I've had a lot of people work on my teeth over the years, but Dr Paul Savino is the first Doctor of Dentistry I have ever had, wow. Tatum was top notch dental assistant. They have a patient until my warranty expires on life

This review is long overdue. Late this spring I broke a tooth and Nero’s dentist fairly quickly. Dr. Savino was recommended by a couple friends so I gave them a call. They were able to get me in quickly and from the first phone call on the care I received was professional, compassionate and empathetic. Options explained and questions answered and my tooth repaired beautifully and painlessly! The office is clean and comfortable, the staff friendly and kind and care was provided in a relaxed and pleasant manner. I’ll definitely return for future care. Thank you.

I don't often write reviews but this place has really been good. One if the few doctors I've been to where they actually fix the problem, the first time I had a pain in my front upper, they looked at it ,found a small bone graft from a old implant had broken off ,they went up there got it out wham bam done, no more pain. ..the second time, pain lower rear they looked at it said I had a cracked tooth made a appointment two weeks later they put a crown on it and bam! no more pain..no multiple trips to make a mold send it out get the crown back,,,they have a 3D printer. The whole thing was less than 2 hours, one trip.
