The owner tried to make it right after seeing this review. But unfortunately our stay was over. I promised to give them another shot this coming season. I will report back. 2025-2026 winter. If I could give zero stars I would. This place has screwed up my jeans since feb 14th. We've gotten 4 pair back after 2 weeks and now they promised 4 more would be done Thursday after screwing them up the first time. It is now Saturday and they aren't done and I need them for an event, brand that is sponsoring said event jeans. All we keep hearing is excuse after excuse after excuse while being told it's not their fault. They couldn't find my jeans to just give them back to me so now I have to go buy a new pair as they have my nicest ones....somewhere....they can't find. Drop off at your own risk. They may or may not get them back to you no matter what they say. Hopefully I get my jeans back at all...and we all know they aren't cheap!!

Western Laundry is the best place in town. Friendliest customer service hands down. Ben owner is very accommodating and goes above and beyond for his town and customers. Quick little story , at 10 pm at night customer had a 4 am flight and forgot to pick up his cloths during the day. I called Ben at 10 pm not only did he open up his shop at 10 PM AT NIGHT , He also dropped off the cloths to the resort! Now thats service! Highly recommend.

They charged me $50 to wash and fold a grocery bag full of work clothes. Extra charge because I wanted them sooner than 3 days. If you have ever used drop off laundry anywhere else, you'll know I've said enough about this sorry place. Every drop off service in Arizona would have done those in one day for about $20.

Constantly getting my orders wrong. When they get them right it's amazing, but that only happens about 10% of the time. I use them weekly and will continue to do so because they are the only ones that serve Chino Valley. I have had MULTIPLE conversations on getting my orders right, but it just never seems to happen.Services: Delivery
