Have been going to Q Nails for seven years and am very pleased with their service. Noticed there are a few negative reviews as happens in the personal services business. Recently I experienced the situation where a customer left one about a bad pedicure. It was obvious from the time I walked in that she was going to be unhappy and I suspected was putting on an act so she would not have to pay the bill. As it turned out she threw a major temper tantrum including much profanity at Amy & Tim and toward another customer. The person she was with tried to calm the situation but tantrum lady continued. Hopefully she will never visit Wickenburg again.
I have been going to Q Nails for about 5 years. Amy is my tech and I love the way she does my nails/gel. I have also had many pedicures and I am very happy with the result. Tim also does a good job. I think a lot of these comments are way over exaggerated and wrong. I will continue going there until I can't get myself there. I give them 5 stars.
Amy and Tim were extremely patient and kind! Tim started my acrylic removal and Amy finished. Extremely gentle and caring, I might add. Amy struck up and carried conversation with me during my entire visit. And Tim joined in from time to time as well. I got a full acrylic set and love them! I will definitely be returning! Thank you both so much!
