This may look like a small salon but they are making big moves with the skills they have shown to me. Jen Proctor absolutely blew me out of the water with her coloring skills. When I tell you her skills shocked me.. I mean it. Jen always took the best care of me, she fixed previous mistakes by other stylists and ALWAYS worked with my schedule and budget regardless of hours and her own personal schedule. I've never had a better salon experience then I have with XO hair n' lash.
