When our host company could not fix a glitch that prevented updates, Valerie helped me find a new host and diligently worked through multiple issues to finally get our website up and running with the new host company, along with the updates we desperately needed. I was in over my head trying to get our website to migrate over to the new host. Valerie came to the rescue! Phew!
