My service tech, Brooks, goes above and beyond for his customers. There were a couple of occasions when I found centipedes in my home. When I called the Western-Terminix customer service line, I was told there were no available “same day” technicians. I reached out to Brooks directly, and despite having a busy day, he fit me in.
Brooks went the extra mile to ensure he was treating the correct insect, he sent me photos for identification, asked detailed questions, and even scheduled a home inspection to determine how the centipedes were getting in. He then explained natural treatment options and promptly resolved the problem.
