Steven Mc Carthy was wonderful. He did a great job, he absolutely exceeded expectations. He also was very knowledgeable and super nice. Will get weed control service again just because of him.
Recently , I had a service person in my home to check for termites. I had an infestation a few years back that was eradicated by a very knowledgeable tech at that time.
I had found some insects resembling termites a few weeks ago. I was concerned and immediately called Terminix. A tech other the prior tech came to my home . I was disappointed it was not him until I met Steve.
Steve is funny, personable and knowledgeable. He immediately put me at ease with his affable and endearing personality. I felt as if I knew him my whole life. We spoke about life experiences and sundry other things and of course TERMITES!
