She is known for her warm personality and her ability to listen and provide exactly what clients want, like the magic butterfly haircut. She offers a range of services, including haircuts, hair coloring, and braiding. The salon also has an amazing lash artist, Alana, who is bubbly and makes clients feel comfortable. Mandi is known for her reasonable prices and commitment to making clients happy.
hey! i HIGHLY recommend to go with Alana for your lash needs. she's amazing!! although she can be a very busy individual (running her own business), she still manages to respond to me whenever she's available. she accommodates my needs whether that be rescheduling, asking about my current lash set and guidance on what to book for. during our appointments, she's so bubbly and open! she makes me feel so comfortable and the vibe is never forced. It's so relaxing that I almost always take naps. She also loves to talk so it's never awkward in silence. She's human and can get very busy most times, but again, she's an outstanding individual and I give her all the props on her and her business. they also last quite some time. i thank her for getting me in the minute she can. she's just too good.
As soon as you walk in, you are greeted and offered water. This spot has a great vibe. There is a sign posted, Come in and Stay Awhile. It's a very welcoming feeling. I text the business number and asked for a same day appointment. Got a text back with a time to show up. Now that is great customer service.
Mandi is BY FAR the best hair stylist I have ever gone to to get my hair cut. I have been to many different types of salons, most of them on the high end side. She puts all of them to shame. I have unique hair in the fact that it is long and thick at the bottom with waves that develop about half way down. Most stylists don't listen to me when I tell them that my layers have to be blended because my hair accentuates choppiness. Mandi knew exactly what I was talking about and gives me the best hair cut I've ever gotten ever time I go to her salon. She does the butterfly haircut on me and it is magic!!! I am afraid of moving out of Tucson because I'll never find a stylist like her again. She has a very warm and welcoming personality and I have a blast talking to her every time. Her salon is also very clean. More than anything, I just love the way she listens to what I want for my hair and does exactly what I ask--or better! She is truly a gem, and I am very glad I found her.
