Vanguard has done a fantastic job for us. Great communication, and you can tell that they care about meeting/exceeding customer expectations. We have put some difficult tasks in front of them. Have not yet been disappointed.

Wow!!! Always moving things and looking under things to clean. I never have any issues and the owner always stops in to make sure everything is up to standards. they listened to me and respected my requirements. I love Vanguard!!!
