This last weekend I competed in the Family Fit Fest 4 and had a great time! It was super organized and ran really smoothly from start to finish. The volunteers were honestly amazing—they were so supportive, encouraging, and kept everything moving all day. You could tell they really cared about making it a great experience for everyone. Scott did a great job putting everything together, and the hard work definitely showed. The workouts were challenging but so much fun, and the overall environment was just really positive. It also made it even more special being part of something that raised money for St. Jude. I cant wait for next year! Thanks Scott and Valor & Virtue!

Valor and Virtue Martial Arts Academy has been life-changing for our family. As a mom, I joined with my two now-teenage daughters three years ago, hoping to do something together, but we gained so much more, both individually and as a family.
I’ve watched my girls grow into disciplined, confident young women who take ownership of their health and their growth at school, at home, and in the dojo. The academy’s intentional, data-driven approach helps students continuously improve. Because of this, my daughters compete in CrossFit and jiu-jitsu competitions throughout the year alongside highly skilled athletes who regularly comment on their excellent technique...read full review
