They are great! I finally feel like I will get to know my pets vet and techs and they will get to know my Toby and Codie. I've been here in Vail area since 2013 and have not been very happy with veterinarian care until Valencia. Office staff really good too. They listen and they care. Very happy.
This vet was able to make an appointment two days after I called. Every other vet I called was 5 to 14 days out for an appointment.
The Vet and vet tech were professional and friendly and gentle with my fur baby.
The meds they offered were only slightly more expensive than I found on Chewy and Amazon, so I purchased them from the vet.
I'll definitely be returning here the next time my buddy needs some help.
I've taken my senior kitty here a few times & have to praise the staff for being attentive & friendly. Matthew has been great to work with (especially dealing with scheduling) & the techs & doctors are professional & caring.
