Our 14 year old started when he was 6 and has been working hard on his advancement consistently. As a result, he has made huge progress in his self-discipline, coordination, and leadership. He has gone all the way to 1st Dan Black Belt, competed in many tournaments and learned how to both win and, more importantly, lose with dignity and respect and to take failure as a lesson rather than a state of mind. Cannot recommend strongly enough.
Vail Taekwon-Do has been an amazing evening activity for my son. He has had so much growth socially and has found something that interests him. I highly recommend coming here.
My family and I have been attending Vail Taekwondo for the last four years. Master Lee is knowledgeable and an excellent teacher of taekwondo. I started when I was 40 years old. My daughter was 7. Different classes are designed to accommodate all age and skill levels. He doesn’t just give out belts or up charge for every little thing. This is not a Mc Dojo! And while challenging, it is not unreasonably so. I have seen both technical skill and the fitness of all in my family increase. Cannot recommend highly enough.
