Our unit was passing 17 years of age and noticed it was running longer, was louder, started vibrating and didn’t blow strong. Called Ultra Air Conditioning for a free inspection/check up and was shown how everything was worn out and ready to fail. Anthony, (our tech) was very thorough explaining/showing all the models they offer, their performance levels, energy savings & rebates. He was very professional & not aggressive in sales pushing anything we couldn’t afford. He even came over the next day to finalize small details to be sure everything was perfect. We are so Happy with the outcome and can’t believe the difference. It’s so quiet & strong. Thank you to all the employees that installed our unit.
