Love this place. Every time I go in, the staff is always very friendly but not pushy which I really appreciate! They have a good selection and are always willing to work with me if an online order came to me damaged or explaining things like Ulta policy.
As for the salon, I highly recommend Annabelle. I have very thick, wavy hair and have always struggled to find a stylist that can cut my hair right. Annabelle always understands exactly what I'm looking for a cut my hair appropriate to my hair type. Jen was absolutely amazing! She was patient with me and helped me pick out stuff for my skin. I came out with amazing products and I understand how to use them! She has a lot of experience and knowledge which shows with how she describes the ingredients and how it applies on different skin textures. I walked out confident and happy.
I ran into this Ulta today because I wanted to see if I could exchange a perfume I got myself. I couldn’t exchange it at this store because the store I bought it at was not connected to their system. They were very kind and called the Ulta store I bought the perfume at and had that store save a bottle for me. Thank you both so much!!! It was nothing for them, but made my crazy day less hectic. It was so kind!
