This studio is EXACTLY what I was looking for! Classes are small, instruction is personalized, instructors know their stuff, and it's a true community environment. I love their mat classes and private reformer lessons. I've been a client for 3 years now, and I can honestly say this place has changed my life for the better.

I’ve been going here for 3 years. Julia is a great instructor who is very observant of each student’s issues and learning style. Communication for scheduling is very good and the equipment is clean, expertly maintained, and updated.

I enjoyed going there for many years. Unfortunately, I decided to leave when one of the instructors would inappropriately bring up her political opinions, and also refused to get vaccinated for covid.
