I have seen many practitioners of various disciplines for severe upper back/neck pain. Rich is the only person I have seen who investigated the pathophysiology that is actually causing the pain in the first place. While all the others provided treatment to the painful areas that I identified, Rich took the time to identify and explain the reasons for my ongoing issues. I was surprised to learn that I have been treating the symptoms without addressing the cause of my pain. His knowledge is extensive and his hands-on work is better than any I have experienced. Rich is amazing, his background as an PT makes him very knowledgeable in all issues of the body. Due to my hypersensitivity on my right side from years of chronic pain, some of the triggerpoint massages is painful, but boy does it hurt so good. I highly recommend him.
