Customer support is the worst I have EVER dealt with. They cannot answer simple questions for support---My sisters internet has been out for 10 days now!!! no solution---said they would text the service # to her cell phone and guess what they didn't!!! when we called back they had no record of us asking for a service call!! They did this to her 4 Times!!!!--you absolutely cannot talk to a person to solve any problem!!! I wish I could change her ISP but they are The ONLY service in her area--Except for Hughes Net---After looking at the reviews it would seen We are NOT the only ones!!!!!!!!
I signed up for a guaranteed price for life at $69 pet month. After 20 0r 21 months i received an increase notice. I called customer service and i was told that the lifetime guarantee price was for 22 months ! This makes no sense whatsoever ! I will replace CenturyLink now and file a BBB complaint.
