The person who came to our home was funny and engaging, but very knowledgeable about the business and what he was going to be doing in our home, as well as outside. Update: Just had my Truly Nolen regularly scheduled service rendered by Kelvin Cody and let me say that I was impressed with Cody's knowledge of insects and the efficiency with which he completed my service. We chatted for a few minutes but Cody never stopped what he was doing and had me completed in a very short time. Its this kind of customer service that kept me from canceling it to save money, Great Job, Cody and I wish you and your Fam well, ThanksThey are punctual and efficient. When I mentioned that I had a problem the technician immediately identified the source and applied the insecticide. That was 3 days ago and I am still seeing dead bugs, I would recommend.
