Jarrod and Abel, two installers of True View Palo Verde Glass & Screen, Tucson, Arizona just replaced a couple of rollers that had gone bad on our glass door that they had installed four years back. While doing the installation, Jarrod discovered the previous installer - no longer with the company - had installed the glass door incorrectly. Debra, the office manager immediately approved the correction at no additional cost. I had to give a shout out to this team for this kind of “taking care of the customer“ service is such a rarity today. If you’re looking for glass doors or window installation, I would highly recommend this professional outfit.

I was very impressed with the work that was done at my home by TrueView View Windows and Glass. I previously worked with Palo Verde, and as well as my experience went with Palo Verde, it appears like True View is even better. All of the employees I dealt with were an absolute pleasure. Rene came out to our initial visit and was so wonderful. I then got a call from Cecilia who was precise in everything she did while creating a quote and a fair price. Then Gabe came out to my home and installed the new glass for my windows. It was a terrific experience with True View Windows
