ROB CAME OUT AND GAVE AN INITIAL WRITTEN ESTIMATE FOR MATERIALS AND LABOR. ROB WAS CORDIAL, FRIENDLY, AND COURTEOUS. HE QUOTED A FAIR MARKET PRICE WITH A CONCISE WRITE UP VIA PDF. SUBSEQUENTLY THE WORK CREW CAME OUT AFTER A COUPLE WEEKS AS PREVIOUSLY SCHEDULED. THE WORK CREW WERE PUNCTUAL, PROFESSIONAL, FRIENDLY, HARDWORKING DECENT PEOPLE THAT DID A GREAT JOB. THE JOB ITSELF WAS A CHANGE OUT OF A FRONT CAR-PORT SUPPORT BEAM THAT HAD ROTTED OUT. I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO FRIENDS AND FAMILY WITH NO HESITATION. Rob is honest and works hard to ensure the job is done right. I had a very complex restoration project and found this company great to work with. With a large project like mine, there can sometimes be problems with subcontractors or unexpected delays. Rob handled these well, and resolved problems quickly. I would recommend them and would not hesitate to hire them again.
