They stuck with the 9/18 installation and did a great job. Ended up being only a couple weeks after the initial promised installation date.
UPDATE 8/25: Installation has been moved up to September 18.
Installation lead time for our glass slider nearly doubled! Measurements were taken July 11th with a promised installation 6-8 weeks out (Aug 22- Sept 5). Called for an update last week and now the target date is Oct. 8th due to in-house issues, not the manufacturer. I will be fair and update this review if things change for the better.
I wanted to replace some older, basic French doors in my livingroom. I live in an older home and these doors leaked when there was a monsoon and also did not offer enough glass area to take in the view. I decided that nice, higher quality sliding glass doors would be the answer. When I contacted the Window and Door Store on a weekend, I was surprised that they offered a sales rep to come to my home on that Sunday. Chris was kind, patient, and easy to talk with. We just had a great experience with The Window Door Store which shouldn't be confused with Tucson Window and Door which has a similar name. Everything went smoothly from the initial estimate through the door installation. It's a quality company with knowledgeable employees. Charles, our installer was here on schedule and did a meticulous job. He deserves his own 5 star rating for a quality job done right. It's a company the we would use again.
