It is perfectly downtown in a great location at the beginning of the downtown area, offering majestic and beautiful views of the city from higher floors. The hotel itself is beautifully done with upscale furnishings, beautifully decorated rooms, and comfortable bedding, though some rooms are noted as cute but tiny. The staff are frequently described as incredible, helpful, professional, friendly, attentive, and engaging, providing thoughtful service that makes guests feel genuinely welcomed and well cared for. Specific mention is made of the valet team being helpful and fast. However, there are isolated reports of service delays and some confusion in customer service during events. Dining at the on-site St. Cruz Restaurant is a highlight, with excellent food including bold and delicious salmon, perfect French toast, and impressive steak street tacos. The prickly pear panna cotta is noted as a light and refreshing surprise. While many experiences are positive, comfortable, and attentive, potential guests should be mindful of additional parking fees and some limitations on using hotel spaces for events like photography, which may not be fully communicated. Overall, the hotel delivers a refined and welcoming experience for both business and leisure, making it a cool and quieter place to stay in downtown Tucson.
I am a frequent traveler to Tucson and had previously stayed only at the AC by Marriott. This Marriott Tribute property became a local rate hotel for my company, so a group of my colleagues stayed here last week and the property is fantastic. I was upgraded and I had a corner large room with a great panorama view of Tucson. The valet service is top notch with near immediate service each time. The valet location and approach felt more like Miami, than Tucson. Thanks for a great stay Leo Kent!

Kris, Jasmine, and evening shift staff (didn't see the name tag) were fantastic. They were considerate, friendly, and helpful. I was constantly offered water and utensils for my food deliveries. They always made sure I had everything I needed.
Room was decent.
Because it is located in a downtown area, there are one-way streets. The entrance to the parking garage is on one side, valet another, and of course the garage exit is on the street opposite the garage entrance. Great hotel, even better staff (Dillon)! Dillon made the stay from the moment I arrived. He was friendly, helpful, and genuinely funny, and he went out of his way to make everything feel easy after a long day of flying, driving, and working.
The bar was lively when I got in and the room was exactly what I needed. I was on the 7th the bed was extremely comfortable, and the AC worked perfectly. I was able to get it down into the mid-60s with no issue, despite seeing another review claim otherwise. Will absolutely stay again when I am in town. Thank you again Dillon.
