Great doctor and front desk staff. Great deals, definitely got a new costumer out of me. I read the reviews and saw one complaining about being pressured but I didn’t feel pressured. The doctor was encouraging me because a part of his job is consulting not just providing the chiropractic service. When I told them I will join a plan later when my schedule is more free they did not put me down or complain but were happy to give me the information to take home when I am ready! I would have given the actual treatment 5 stars, but filling out an endless number of pages on a personal tablet after arriving for my appt, seemed a little ridiculous. Allowing a new patient the opportunity to fill all that out online before the appt, would be very helpful. It's a good thing I was the only client there, since there was only one tablet, and it took me 15-20 mins.
Dr. Martino is excellent. He is helping so much, even more than the other chiropractors I've seen here before. They are all good, but he is extraordinary for his work with me. The staff at the front desk is awesome when I come in. I dont mind if it ia busy and I have to wait a bit, the staff is very welcoming. Plus, they helped my wife and I out with a issue we had with billing. It is nice to see professionals working at every level.
