I used to like coming here until I have been told twice to come in for scheduled appointments and show up and the person I'm assigned to can't take me because 1. They started another cut with someone else 2. They were not aware they were scheduled with me 3. The previous appointment is running 30 mins behind. This is so uncalled for. If you tell me to be there in 15- 20 minutes I expect someone to be able to do my hair when I show up. Ludicrous and unprofessional. I cannot give 5 stars because of this.Service: Hairstyling
