Supercuts

What a wonderful treat!!!! I don't get my haircut that often and I happened to have a coupon for Supercuts. I usually go to another place (that I will not name, but it rhymes with Hate Clips) and they usually have me in and out of the chair in seconds due to the fact that they cut my hair while it's dry. I guess I was expecting the same thing, but I got a shampoo, head massage and Alexandra took her time cutting my hair perfectly and evenly. It was a wonderful treat for myself because as a single mother I am always getting my kid's haircut and putting mine off. It was a lot more expensive than I had expected, but so worth it in the end. Amazing with toddlers.Amazing with teens.Amazing with indecisive people. I was in much need of a cut and this was the only place close by taking walk ins. Everyone was so welcoming and the haircut was better than I imagined. Thanks so so much ! We will def be back.

I went in for a haircut and retouch on my color on 9/21/21 and Vanessa was great (as always)! She always does a wonderful job (including styling my hair, in addition to cutting and coloring it). I wanted all black again for my color. The dye for some reason didn't stick to my roots and it resulted a burnt orange on top as if my hair wanted to lighten itself. While it wasn't hers, or the salon's fault, Vanessa was very nice about it and offered to send me to another location to re-do my roots, because she unfortunately ran out of dye.
