I brought my Uggs here, with trepidation. I had dropped some oily food on one of them, created a LARGE stain (about a 2 inch circle) and I was really worried it would not come out. I left the boots with them, and they did a great job. I can't there was ever a stain on them. I wish I had before and after pics but I am posting the after because as you can see, it came out. The only reason I am not giving 5 stars is because the boots were not ready on time. I drove all the way over there and they told me that I had to come back in a couple of days, they had been backed up from the holiday. Still worth it, still would go back. Friendly people, GREAT job with Uggs.
