This was a great experience. I left feeling much better and I understood where I was related to mobility and where I needed to be. Ally was patient and thorough; she explained things clearly and was not pushy when explaining the plans and cost for treatment. I will definitely sign up for ongoing treatment with Ally.

Fantastic staff, extremely knowledgeable, & friendly!! Upon walking in, you are greeted with a smile! The stretches are gentle & effective. After my first visit, I felt like I was walking on air!! They stretch areas that are truly neglected, but need attention to open the muscle groups!

I joined stretch Zone because of Skylar she is extremely good at what she does and propels her clients back into the lifestyle they desire! After battling a herniated disk in my lower back I was on the prowl to find a remedy and SZ has been that dose of relief for me even allowing me to get back to playing pick up basketball again!
