Awful management company, since hiring them we’ve had two assessments levied on us in the thousands of dollars. Where did all our money go?! This management company is in bed with the HOA whom majority do not live at the community. They’ve hired contractors with the highest bid to do work that are incomplete. Board members on the HOA are currently being recalled and HBS seems to be on the side of 2-3 individuals and not the vast majority who want these people out. Kind of ridiculous and makes you think how shady these people are. Our community rep is Joseph and he takes forever to respond to emails. Avoid this company!
Worst management company , very irresponsible , poor communication even when dealing directly with the management supervisor Reece Stangl , STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!! Ratings say it all!!
Our family recently moved into an HOA managed by Stratford Community Management. Coming from our old hoa we were a little hesitant, but optimistic that we would have a better experience.
HBS and their entire staff and supporting team, have been absolutely wonderful in helping us get established, understand the HOA by-laws and have helped us navigate through some of the request made to the HOA for improvement on our new home.
Most recently, an unfortunate event took place where our neighborhood was the target of several break-ins
(door-yankers ,) and the gained access to our main gate entrance remote.
