The oaks at Midvale park this management is by far the worst I’ve ever experienced,they fine for anything little,yet they are selective of who to fine,they discriminate I just bought this town home 3 years ago and will be selling due to this management company.im surprised it’s still in business ,soon to get a lawsuit I’m sure.

Worst association ever they got nothing to do but complain and pick on people. They pick and choose who they come after instead of giving me a call or talk in person they send a notice like a coward.Apparently you can’t sit in your own car port according to them but people can hang laundry out front or park in front of there car port or have chairs and tables but can’t sit even tho it’s on my porch area.Don’t use these people.

I interviewed with Martha and David for an open position. What an experience in it self. David seemed very kind and professional. My first conversation with Martha made me feel extremely uneasy. I think it’s unprofessional to ask anyone if they have children as though they may be a burden being employed by this company. In all my years of being employed and interviewed I have NEVER experienced anything like this. After doing my research on this company I realized she left a 5 star reviewing speaking negatively and blaming former employers for the terrible reviews received. The lack of accountability is absurd. I had no interest in moving forward…
