I've used this company twice for carpet cleaning. They are very easy to work with and very professional. always on time, communication is excellent and the price is very fair. Highly recommend. I like that they have a discount for past customers, rewarding loyalty and not just trying to get new clients. will continue to use them.
We’ve had Steam Smart Pro come over four times, twice for carpet cleaning and twice for tile cleaning. Will had come three of the times, bill once. They both were very professional gave us a call when they were headed over always within the time frame planned. They have done a great job every time. We will continue to use them for cleanings.
Im very glad I decided to go with this company instead of their competitors. They were very helpful in providing a quote over the phone and scheduling with short notice. On the day of the service the technician Will came in on time and was very efficient. I dont like to be sold extra services and I didnt get that from this company, Will got to work right away and finished within 2 hours. I appreciate that they used guards for the corners so the hose wouldnt ruin the wall paint. I was very pleased when the total was less than what I was quoted, and will definitely reach out when my other property gets vacated.
