I travel between CA and TX every other week and have been rescued many times by the folks at this facility. This time, I lost all brake, tail, turn signal lights and flashers. The service advisor, Kyle, collected all relivent info, related possible causes and time frame for repair, then provided a ride to a local hotel. Within an hour, Kyle called to say that his expert electrical tech, Eric, was able to ID the problem, remedy it, and I was back on the road with a couple hours. The folks at this facility are top notch, know their stuff, and make you feel like ou ate their #1 priority. They seem genuinely grateful for your business. I am genuinely grateful for THEM!
Customer Service is the best, esp Kyle! (Many years ago we took our van here and it was a very different story!) So glad Kyle is there! We lost our second key and he was able to expedite getting a new one (had to be ordered) and getting it programmed. Without requesting it--they also did an overall inspection and found a few issues we were unaware of.
NO pressure to have them fixed by them.

Far and away the best experience I’ve ever had at any dealership. Kyle was great to work with. I really appreciate the quick turnaround on my B service, transmission and rear differential services last week. I also noticed you replaced a bulb that was out and didn’t even mention it. The only issues I had were with your 3rd party payment software, you should check into that before it frustrates customers. It has a bug on the invoice form as well as the survey form.
