I loved my experience at splash nails and wouldn’t go anywhere else to get my nails done! I heard about it from a close friend and now will keep going. I called the day of to get an appointment before heading to a wedding and was accommodated. I work during the day and had to have a later appointment and even though the appt ran past the closing time, I did not feel rushed or felt Stephanie was rushing for my pedicure. She was incredible and the results are beautiful for a very reasonable price! I also got a pedicure beforehand with Janet, who was also amazing. Both ladies made me feel welcome and both did beautiful work. Couldn’t recommend this place more!
l was refused at another nail shop for being handicap on electric wheelchair. splash knows me and we're so kind and welcoming. l used my own tub, Epsom salt. they clip ,file for me. l went all the way there in bus from n West side to go there there many that drive far to go there because of there friendly kindness and quality of service.
My family and I love going to Splash! We discovered it a few years ago when we decided last minute to go get a pedicure. They were able to get us in same day and we were not disappointed! The place is so clean and the entire staff is so friendly. You can tell they all like each other and what they do because there is very little turnover. When I went in yesterday I was sad to see the girl I normally see wasn’t there (I don’t go nearly as often as I should, so I don’t know her schedule), but later she walked in with her daughter. Turns out, her family is going through a horrific tragedy. The entire staff kept excusing themselves one by one to go over and comfort her and give her their condolences. Eventually her and her daughter sat down and even her mom came in and they all got their nails done for a funeral service. When they were done, they were told there was no charge for their services. It was all covered by the salon. This tells me they treat their employees as well as their customers.
