When my favorite scarf didn't come back with my other cleaned items Sparkle Cleaners did the right thing. They immediately called someone at the plant to trace the scarf. The next day they emailed me to say the scarf had been found. Then emailed me to say it was ready for pickup. When I went to pick it up they didn't charge me for cleaning it because temporarily losing it was their fault. What wonderful customer service. Definitely a five star business.

It is always a pleasure to bring in and pick up cleaning from Sparkle cleaners on Kolb near Sunrise. I always leave smiling. Today Brenda got me laughing hysterically because I brought in the wrong blouse to be dry cleaned. Then I brought in the correct one but left yet another in the car. We were both laughing hysterically at it all. Brenda suggested, "We ought to take this show on the road!"It makes doing routine tasks like picking up and dropping off clothes a lot of fun. She makes your service really SPARKLE!!!
