I didn't like new set up. But nice lady in there showed me how and put me at ease for when I return. I thought I was gonna need to look for her when picked up. I did it and was very proud of myself Quality always GREAT
I had not been to Oracle & Rudasill in some time. I like the remodel, however, I am concerned if more businesses become automated that we will lose that human to human interaction. Seems like a great entry level job for young people.
I've been taking my dry cleaning to the Rudasill location for years. I've always had great service and they do a fabulous job with my clothing. They recently went fully automated and I was a bit nervous about whether I would get the same quality service. Nancy (manager) walked me through the process. It was easy. I was able to direct their attention to specific spots/stains that needed attention, just as I've done in the past with the attendant. I picked up my clothing with no problems and the spots/stains had been addressed. It's nice that I can drop off/pick up my clothing after hours.
