I made an appointment here for the elevated spa experience. (It was about 2 1/2 hours for a facial, mint foot massage, and 50 minute massage). I called and was able to make an appointment with ease. The staff was very friendly. The lobby was beautiful and welcoming. I do not recall who did my 50 min massage. I like and requested deep pressure, she was friendly and professional, but did not provide the deep pressure I would have liked. Matthew did my facial and mint foot rub and he was absolutely amazing! I recently got a gift card to Spa Solai and finally used it on the Essential Facial. I got a facial from Matthew. The experience was so relaxing! I left with my skin glowing and glassy. He was very thorough and discussed a plan to maintain and improve my skin. Can't wait to go back!

I got a gift certificate from my sisters for here and I'm so glad I did!!! My husband booked the exhilarate package, and it was worth it! My ENTIRE experience was so relaxing, and I was given after care instructions after every service. Everyone was so nice and professional and polite. I found a new nail polish brand through the nail technician who educated me on the vegan nail polish (that I'll be buying). I'll be going back and bringing my sisters when they visit from Florida! I recommend this salon to EVERYONE!
