Absolutely wonderful service. Julia was truly a godsend when I had to come from overseas to sort out my unexpectedly deceased father’s house. He was a long term inside smoker and the house was very very smelly. Julia came qmand consulted with me at very short notice, understood my needs, was compassionate, understanding and had me and the house sorted out so quickly. The teams that came to do the work were very efficient, polite and the job was perfect.They all made what was an incredibly difficult time for me so much easier. Cannot recommend enough.
We purchased a home built in 1963 which had peeling exterior lead paint and some interior asbestos flooring. Julia was our project manager and she worked efficiently coordinating with her crew to do the necessary testing, abatement and cleanup of the area when the work was completed. Just wanted to give a shout out to this company and in particular, Stan (Estimator/Project Manager) for being a knowledgeable, professional, and honest company. Upon inspection for mold within our house Stan informed us that we did not need mold remediation and then advised on how to fix some minor issues with the house. This was after getting two other estimates from two other companies that wanted to do extensive remediation (note, they wanted to proceed with remediation without doing any testing or thorough inspection) that would've cost us thousands of dollars.
