These people really care! Even though my first meeting with them was very strained and I lost my beautiful Goldie, my 22 year old blue and gold macaw, they were so sympathetic and sincere in their grief with me! They took a foot imprint of her for a memorial for me and I thought that was so beautiful! My heart is broken, but I know they did all they could and I have since brought my other 2 birds to them for check ups and blood work! They are the greatest I could have met at the hardest time of my life!
They genuinely care about your pets, and if you communicate with them they try to meet you where you're at budgetwise. This is an emergency vet, and they can be expensive, but they're aware of that and they're truly just looking to help.
They helped save my dog from parvo!
My servicedog, Miss Charlie Girl was sent by her primary vet. Because she was a pug, they went straight to things pugs always, for the most part have. She was 3 yrs old, and 1 of the 3 was cancer. Thankfully it was not, however Dr Meredith had not ever seen a case of Valley Fever this bad. It was in her brain. He had to remove her left eye and was so gentle with her and so kind to us. He pretty much said she'll probably have a year. I had to have her put down a year ago because the permanent Valley Fever had taken over. The bright side, she lived to 13 1/2 yrs. She was the best servicedog ever.
