They genuinely care about your pets, and if you communicate with them they try to meet you where you're at budgetwise. This is an emergency vet, and they can be expensive, but they're aware of that and they're truly just looking to help.
They helped save my dog from parvo!
My servicedog, Miss Charlie Girl was sent by her primary vet. Because she was a pug, they went straight to things pugs always, for the most part have. She was 3 yrs old, and 1 of the 3 was cancer. Thankfully it was not, however Dr Meredith had not ever seen a case of Valley Fever this bad. It was in her brain. He had to remove her left eye and was so gentle with her and so kind to us. He pretty much said she'll probably have a year. I had to have her put down a year ago because the permanent Valley Fever had taken over. The bright side, she lived to 13 1/2 yrs. She was the best servicedog ever.
We have been to their dental and internal medicine clinics and their ER. The dental department is amazing. They explain everything very thoroughly. Made us feel at ease. Dr Bachman is the Internal Medicine Doctor. She is very knowledgeable and it's obvious she really cares about the animals under her care. She is good at explaining and answering questions. The issue I have is when we leave a message for her to call us, regarding test results or other pertinent issues, it's hit or miss if she calls us. It is very hard to get a new patient appointment. Usually at least 2 months out. That's unfortunate because usually your pet needs to be seen quickly if you're being referred to her. One of our cats ended up being taken to the ER several times. They were great with her. The ER vet would call us with an update. They were great when we called to get an update any time of day or night. We were confident they were doing all they could.
