Answer to my prayers! This experience was absolutely amazing. Dr.Koo was so gentle, patient, caring and chose to stay after hours so that I would not be in pain through the weekend. I got a root canal and could not believe how easy sweet and fast this office was🙂

We have always had a very pleasant experience with Dr. Koo and her staff. My daughter was very anxious about her appointment but Dr. Koo was very patient with her and spent a lot of time with her. Her staff have always been very helpful and kind. Dr. Koo is always available when urgent care is needed. Dr. Koo is very professional, she takes the time to explain what needs to be done and provides valuable advice. It's not easy to find a good dentist for your family. I highly recommend Dr. Koo for your family.

Positives:Staff were very kind and accommodatingQuality of care was very good (to my knowledge, as I am not a dentist myself, but it seemed good)Facility was clean and fancyAreas for Improvement:Staff were late to my appointment (about 15 minutes) and the doors were locked when I arrived (about 10 minutes before my appointment time). I was told that the staff were all on lunch.I am all for team members taking healthy lunch breaks, but it would have been better to schedule a time that worked for both parties so that I didn't waste my workday time waiting.Staff were bouncing between many patients at one time, which led to significant delays.
