Oscar came to our house the day after we called him and provided a very reasonable quote the next day for a job that included replacing our patio beams and ledgers, creating a new stucco finish to two deteriorating wood paneled walls, and patch and paint an 80 foot exterior wall. This was our first time talking to a general contractor and Oscar made it a pleasant experience. He listened well, explained the process and came up with a solution for providing shade in our exposed patio.

Oscar Silva provided a very fair estimate for construction of a block wall. His excellent masons, Felipe and Arturo, started work just three days later. The 66' long wall project took them four days to complete. They were always on-time, kind and professional. We're totally satisfied with the results and would definitely use them again.
