I contacted the company about a quote for replacing the gate operator at my home, which had failed. A representative from the company promptly called me back to discuss, which I appreciated. They were polite and professional, but before they would even quote, they wanted to charge a ~$150 service fee to come out and perform an inspection of the gate and surrounding area. I appreciate the need to perform an inspection before giving a binding quote, as its indicative of quality work, but it's off-putting to be told there would be a ~$150 charge just to receive a quote. None of the other three gate & security firms I worked with in town wanted to charge an inspection fee...read full review

I absolutely LOVE Signal Gates!! I have been a customer for approximately 10 years- ever since I purchased an automatic gate opener & supplies from them. Every time I need a new or additional remote they always set it for me and are very helpful with any questions/concerns I have. I highly recommend them !!!!!!

Larry and Signal Gates team are great. I have used them exclusively to service my 30 yr old drive gate system. It's still going strong. They will upgrade to a new one when it finally wares out!
