Great experience for Pack In of our personal belongings by Kelsey and her team from ServPro. Property items had been well packed and no damage from pack in or out. Team was lots of fun to work with. Very helpful and polite. Highly recommend!
AMAZING! Such a relief! A leak flooded our home while we were on vacation. A quick call, and Project Manager Robert Negrette assembled a team that arrived at our home in an hour and a half. Robert, Gabriel, Mario, Vladimir, and Claudio were efficient, professional and friendly in doing everything they could to minimize the damage to our home. If they hadn't been so responsive and knowledgeable, the damage would have been so much worse. Their continued diligence has really relieved a lot of our stress; Servpro has taken on a lot of the burden and complexity of dealing with the insurance company competently and cheerfully. Call them ASAP!!!
