My grandfather died on 3/10/2025. Paloma at Sensible was such a joy to work with during this difficult time. She answered all questions that myself, mom and grandma had. She made the process as easy as possible. She was there for hugs and kept in contact with us. She sincerely cares about people and I’ll never forget her!
