Jay and I exchanged emails back and forth for the better part of 6 months before i made the trip to Tucson. I felt like i was asking way too many questions but he was very happy to answer any ridiculous questions I came up with. Thank you! We decided on a 3/4 sleeve. Outline done with my first session and half of my arm shaded with my second session. I will be coming back for hopefully my last session in the next few months! I only have the one tattoo but the customer service from this shop has been A+
