Albert Avenetti saved the day, and this review. It would have been one star, had Albert, Royalty's area supervisor, not intervened and overseen and directed the subcontractors restoring the water damage to my house. He has a keen eye for small details, and a willingness to call others on their mistakes, not allowing shoddy workmanship to slide. Thanks to Albert, I am completely satisfied with the eventual results.
