Rock Solid Climbing + Fitness is a full-service fitness facility that offers a wide range of activities, including climbing, weight training, yoga, and Pilates. The gym features staffed open gym hours, unstaffed access for qualified members, and instructor-led classes for all ability levels. The bouldering gym is well-regarded for its creative and varied setting, with a great selection of boulders that cater to both beginners and experienced climbers. While some visitors have wished for a better setup, most of the time the climbing trails are enjoyable. The facility also includes a large training room equipped with a Tension board, a Moon board, a Kilter board, a campus board, weights, kettlebells, a bench press, hangboards, and treadmills. The space is clean and well-maintained, with a friendly atmosphere and polite, helpful staff. Families, including those with children, have had great experiences at Rock Solid. The all-day pass allows guests to come and go freely, and the staff takes the time to explain the equipment, difficulty levels, and safety rules. One highlight is the Pilates class on Tuesdays at 6pm with Becky, who is known for accommodating participants of all levels, including those who are pregnant. Overall, Rock Solid Climbing + Fitness is a top-notch facility that provides a variety of fitness and climbing opportunities in a clean, welcoming environment where everyone can have fun and feel supported.
My family and I went to Rock Solid last night for the first time and we LOVED it!!! We recommend this place for all ages. It’s so different from what’s out there, and we also got our exercise in. This place is very clean, and they do require masks. Try it out!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Great gym! has a lot to offer. Great for families too. the staff is friendly and knowledgeable.
