Resilient Fitness is such a great gym. It made me want to work out because I feel so much better after. The community is great and that is a really important part of feeling your best. If you really want to transform your relationship to health and build a strong body from the inside out, this place is soo worth it. I improved the way I feel in my body after just a few weeks and I couldn’t wait to work out with the crew. Such a difference than going to a regular gym alone. I highly recommend. Investing in your health is the best choice.
After a back injury, physio helped me get back to 90%. With support from Jesus and the team, I'm stronger than I've ever been. They know how to make your body strong and resilient and they won't break body doing it.
Jesus and his team are AMAZING trainers and down right good hearted people. Jesus and Karina are rehabbing my old injuries pain free. Classes are small and built for success and proper form without pain! Love them all!
