Debbie and her team helped make the rental process easy and enjoyable. There were a few items that needed to be repaired after I moved in and they fixed them promptly. Debbie has been very responsive and professional. I would highly recommend Prestige!

Upon moving out of the rental property after we purchased a new home, I felt the need to update my review and drop my rating from 5/5 stars to 3/5 stars. The reasons are listed below.Negatives:1) Unprofessional maintenance response. My wife called about a malfunctioning garbage disposal and, rather than have a maintenance person show up, he proceeded to instruct my wife over the phone on how to fix this problem herself. For the amount of rent we were paying, this is simply unacceptable.2) Dishonest staff regarding recent 90-day inspections. Thank God that they hired a new maintenance guy! Erik is very good, courteous and very profesional. Definitely have nothing but good to say about him and his work!! Erik gets the ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
