No one in that place knows what they're doing or how to do it. They have no compassion for dealing with sick and elderly people. There's not one person in there that knows how to do their job. I have a list of people that I spoke to with dates and times over the last 4 days to get my mom a wheelchair. They don't call back. They charge your account without authorization. They tell you it's a 13-month contract but they're not going to give you a copy of a contract. If there's another company that you can use you will save 4 days out of your life by using them
This company is a COMPLETE joke. My doctor has placed MULTIPLE orders for specific medical equipment, supposed to be shipped out monthly, it’s been 6 months, iv received three wrong products, and only one of them was correct, BUT it didn’t come with any of the extra equipment to actually use the item.
I’ve called numerous times, been transferred to just about every department and still to no avail, have yet to receive any help.
Out of the MANY items my doctor has ordered for me less than 30% of the items have arrived, and of those 75% didn’t work.
I went in today with an 11:30 appt. I checked in at about 11:20. I was in for another mask fitting. Kassandra listened to the problems I was having with leaks. She knew exactly what mask I needed and before I left had it already fitted. Professional, pleasant, excellent service with a smile. I have read many of the other reviews and wanted to pass on the news! I was in my car at 11:32.
